Installation and Usage
- When the load varies during operation, select a cylinder with sufficient output force.
- For high temperature or corrosive environments, use cylinders designed for high temperature or corrosion resistance.
- In conditions with high humidity, heavy dust, water drops, oil stains, or welding spatter, appropriate protective measures must be taken.
- Before connecting the cylinder to the pipeline, thoroughly clean the pipeline to prevent contaminants from entering the cylinder.
- The working medium must be filtered through a filter element of 40 μm or finer before use.
- In low-temperature environments, antifreeze measures should be taken to prevent moisture in the system from freezing.
- Before operation, perform a trial run driven by compressed air. Set the air cushion to the minimum and then gradually adjust to avoid excessive impact damage.
- During operation, avoid lateral loads on the cylinder to ensure proper function and extend service life.
- If the cylinder will not be used for an extended period, apply anti-rust treatment to the surface and use dust caps on the air ports.
