The hole spacing needs to be provided by the customer to us, otherwise it will be shipped according to the official standard size/mini linear slide rail (wide type)/slide rail width 42mm/slide rail/slide rail length 1215mm/accuracy grade: advanced/assembly code: E/locking type/
Precautions on use :
1.Block disassembly
LRMis equipped wit balletainers to prevent steel bllsfrom falling out when block separates from rail However,if obliquely insertrallinto blocks or quickly assemble and disassemble,there is riskfor steel ball of falling out.Pleasecarefully assemblethe linear guide or use plastic rail to assist.
2.Caution
·Parts may slide out if linear guide is put unevenly.Please be careful.
·Hiting or dropping alinear guide could have hugeffects on accuracyand lifespan eventhough appearance may remain intact.Please be careful. ●Do not separate linear guide asexternal objects may enter blocks and cause accuracy problem.
3.Lubrication
·Linear guide have been treated with anti-rust oil during production.Before use,wipe the rail and treat itwith lubrication
·Donot mix lubricating oil(grease)with different properties.
·While lubricating,the block needs to be moved back and forth.After lubrication,there should be agrease film on rail.
4.Use
·The operating environment temperatureshould not exceed 80℃,andthe maximum temperature should not exceed 100℃
·Do not separate blocksfrom rai wheneveritis not necessary.If ou need to separate them,please use plasti rails to prevent steel bllfrom flling out.
5.Storage
·When storing blocks,rail orset,please be surethat anti-rust oilis well plied and productis well sealed as well asplaced horizontally. Avoid humidity and high temperatures environment.
