Installation and Use (General)

1. The working load should be cushioned to avoid severe impact on the output component;
2. Under high temperature or special conditions, use corresponding high-temperature and corrosion-resistant cylinders;
3. The operating environment of the cylinder should be free of dust, corrosive gases, oil mist, impact, and vibration;
4. Before installation, thoroughly remove any impurities from the piping to prevent debris from entering the cylinder;
5. When installing the cylinder, ensure the piston rod end is concentric to prevent lateral loading;
6. The piston rod should not bear torsional or lateral loads;
7. Avoid keeping the cylinder in an extreme end position for a prolonged period;
8. If the cylinder is not used for an extended period, apply anti-rust oil on the piston rod surface;
9. When using a proximity switch, ensure it is compatible with the cylinder;
10. If any malfunction or abnormality occurs, stop using the product and contact the manufacturer's service personnel.
